Department Head, Counseling, Leadership, and Special Education
The Department Head will be expected to: • Provide academic and administrative leadership to help actualize the vision of a multidisciplinary faculty and programs. • Oversee the daily operations of the CLSE department in a collaborative manner. • Promote and support faculty research across all programs and provide mentorship to beginning faculty. • Provide oversight and support specific to the development and implementation of faculty professional development. • Provide oversight and support for student recruitment, retention, and program development. • Supervise and evaluate CLSE faculty and staff. • Provide ongoing engagement in, support for, and oversight of program evaluation.
